Paul C G Gwee, ABA Secretary General (right), said: “CISI will provide officers and professionals from our member banking institutions throughout ASEAN with access to diverse educational resources and training programs, enabling them to remain current and aligned with the newest developments in the banking and financial industry sectors. By utilizing the ABA’s Training Portal, we are pleased to introduce CISI’s banking education programs to all ten of our national banking associations.”

Helena Wilson Chartered MCSI, CISI Assistant Director, Global Business Development said: “The CISI and ABA collaboration is a great opportunity to bring globally recognized skills and training to the region and we are very proud to be able to partner with the ABA. In a rapidly changing world, when we are all likely to have to work for longer, it has never been more important to keep knowledge and skills up to date and stay relevant.  Our research has shown that soft skills such as coaching, creative thinking, empathy and teamwork, as well as skills in data analytics, literacy and insights have been identified as some of the most important and the CISI supports firms and individuals in these areas.  Our Certificate in Ethical AI is also now live and being endorsed by the Lord Mayor of the City of London on his global tour. The CISI’s modules are now available for purchase through the ABA’s Online portal – if you would like to hear more about how we can bring these to you please let us know!”
