Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (ExCo) assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the performance of their duties and in dealing with the day-to-day activities of the CISI including the development and implementation of strategy, development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, business plans and budgets and management of risks.
