Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity is about taking account of the differences between people and placing a positive value on them. It is about respecting and appreciating what makes us individual, which can empower us all. Equity is about ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and has an equal opportunity. Inclusion is the practice of ensuring that people feel they belong, they are listened to and valued regardless of their differences. As well as those interested in the subject, this module is targeted at those stakeholders and individuals specifically involved in their firms’ diversity, equity and anti-discrimination policies. It is also aimed at those involved in the decision-making process when it comes to recruitment, selection, promotion and disciplinary action, as well as the training, awareness and development of their firm’s employees.
