While this report from Capgemini also stands on large survey data, it’s differentiated by its discussion in terms of ideas and strategy frameworks, both for the challengers and the incumbents. It reads like a handbook for thinking about contemporary strategies and business models in financial services, illustrated with case studies and interviews with protagonists.
