Julia Kirkland, Chartered MCSI, Managing Partner at FSTP
FSTP is one of only four providers to meet the higher accredited training partner criteria. The criteria are extensive and require training partners to demonstrate that they go beyond the standard accredited training partner benchmark, providing a consistently excellent service to their candidates and those that fund candidates.
This includes quantitative evidence, such as above national average qualification pass results, analysis of feedback and quality assurance of the training provision. Support of students is paramount, whether through the training materials or extra assistance provided by the tutors outside of the classroom. Also taken into account is the commitment of the provider to working with the CISI, such as completion of the annual review, CISI membership for training staff and a proactive approach to working in partnership with the CISI.
Julia Kirkland, Managing Partner of FSTP, said: “FSTP is thrilled to have been awarded the Premier Approved Training Partner status. Our tutors and support teams have worked exceedingly hard over a number of years to make sure that students receive a very high standard of teaching across the qualifications taught. We pride ourselves on having financial services experts who have worked in the industry, that teach to small classroom sizes and consistently achieve higher than national average pass results. This prestigious position is held now by only four providers in the UK and means that those choosing to use our training services can be assured of the highest standards aligned with the CISI requirements. We look forward to further developing our relationship with the CISI, and to supporting the incoming IFP community.”
Lydia Romero, CISI Global Director of Learning, said: “We congratulate FSTP for achieving this important distinction, satisfying our strict requirements for training and support and having gone the extra mile to exceed their candidates’ expectations.”
