The CISI's United Arab Emirates (UAE) awards ceremony and gala dinner will take place at the prestigious surroundings of the British Embassy Gardens, Dubai on 18 January 2016. Top performers from over 2,000 CISI exams will be recognised for their achievements.
His Excellency Abdullah Salem Al-Turifi, recently retired Securities & Commodities Authority CEO, will be the guest of honour at the event. Speakers include: Richard Stockdale, President of the CISI UAE National Advisory Board and Board Member, and CISI Chief Executive Simon Culhane, Chartered FCSI.
CISI’s Middle East operations has continued to show very strong growth
UAE is the CISI’s regional operations hub and is the most successful CISI office in terms of absolute exam numbers since its establishment in 2007. In our latest financial year, we had more than 4,500 exams exclusively from the Middle East, and members benefited from our regular series of continuing professional development (CPD) seminars throughout the region.
The CISI’s Middle East operations has continued to show very strong growth, driven by partnerships with regulatory authorities in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Palestine, and Lebanon. The mix of Arabic and English qualifications continues to hold appeal as the markets develop.
