Dirk Strontschak MCSI appointed President of CISI Liverpool and North Wales branch

Dirk Strontschak MCSI has been appointed President of the Liverpool and North Wales branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Dirk works with SL Investment Management where he is Fund Manager. He is responsible for the day to day management of SL’s Fund Management Team, covering all aspects from portfolio and risk management to client reporting. He joined SL in October 2005 from Bank of America in London where he was a Client Service Consultant within the bank’s Global Corporate Investment Banking Division.

Outside work Dirk enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a keen runner and football player and likes cooking and travelling.

Of his appointment, Dirk said: “I’m proud to have become President of our Liverpool and North Wales branch and am keen to build on the successes of both out-going  President, Jon Walker, and the Committee to date. We’re looking forward to continuing to offer an exciting range of events for our members, aiding them in their professional development and presenting them with opportunities to grow their network of contacts in the industry.”
