All retail investment advisers are required to hold a Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) by 31 December 2012 (exceptions do apply, please see details in our RDR booklet).

The CISI, as an FSA Accredited Body, has started issuing SPSs to retail investment advisers. If you would like to obtain an SPS please see details on how to apply on the RDR SPS page.
