The Certificate is jointly offered by the CISI and ICAEW as part of the corporate finance programmes. The Certificate is aimed at individuals working in corporate finance and related areas, such as venture capital, who need to demonstrate a sound understanding of both the regulatory and technical aspects of the subject.

This Certificate is regulated by Ofqual as a level 3 qualification. On the European Qualifications Framework, this equates to a level 4 qualification.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for the Certificate in Corporate Finance. Experience in the industry will help candidates relate what they are learning to the job they are doing but it is not a requirement of taking the qualification.
