Block Bookings
If you are a firm/training provider that wishes to use the online booking system, you must first register by contacting us in order to access the system. Once registered, the designated users will have the option to register, book and transfer candidates when required.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to use the online booking system please contact your designated CISI account manager.
To make a booking, we will require this form to be completed in full. All fields are mandatory.
Please note:
- Candidate full name must exactly match the ID document the candidate will present on exam day
- Candidate correspondence address will be the address to which any unit/qualification unit will be sent
- Candidate email address will be used to confirm booking/results
- Booker/payer email address is used for confirmation of bookings/results where the candidate has given permission
When to Book Candidates Onto Exams
Candidates can normally be booked onto exams well in advance of the preferred exam date.
For CBT exams the CISI recommends 70 – 140 hours of study time over a period of 3-4 months before the candidate sits the exam. This is very important if the candidate is using only a learning manual to study for the exam.
If the candidate is attending a course with an Accredited Training Provider (ATP), the number of hours spent on the course will contribute to the overall 70-140 hours.
Qualification Registration Form
Every candidate must complete a Qualifications Registration Form if this is their first/single unit in a CISI qualification before they can receive the appropriate certificate.
