The CISI in Africa
The CISI has a growing number of exam candidates and members in Africa. We currently have test centres in nine countries and this number is expected to grow.
Nigeria
There are now over 100 active members in Nigeria benefitting from the international online continuing professional development offering. Recently Delme Thompson, Managing Director of accredited training provider The Capital Markets Academy conducted an interview on 'Can Training help the Nigerian Capital Markets?'

Tunisia
The CISI has been active in Tunisia since 2010, in response to growing interest in the Institute's qualifications and rising demand for qualified candidates to support Tunisia's financial services industry.
An agreement was signed, in February 2011, with Institut de la Formation de la Bourse de Tunis (IFBT), the training center of Association des Intermédiaires en Bourse (AIB). The IFBT offer training for the International Introduction to Investment and International Certificate in Investment Management exams.

Qualifications
The most popular qualification is the International Introduction to Investment, a stand-alone global qualification, specifically designed to meet the needs of practitioners in the global investment industry. Focusing on international markets, it provides an overview of all areas of investment.
