Arriving and checking in
In London and other centres located in office buildings, go to the buildings security desk on the ground floor when you arrive. State you have a test appointment and you will be directed to the Thomson Prometric Test Centre.
You should proceed directly to the test centre - your arrival is only registered once you present yourself to Thomson Prometric Test Centre staff.
On arrival in the test centre, a member of the centre staff will greet you and ask you to sign in and present your required proof of identification. It is essential that you bring both signature and photographic ID such as your passport or photo driving licence, exactly as requested in the confirmatory letter or email you received when you booked your exam. Without valid ID you will not be allowed to take your test.
Don't be rushed: you should arrive no later than 20 minutes before your appointment and we recommend being there a full half hour beforehand. If you find you are late, it is still worth going to the test centre, as there may be scope to fit you in at a later time - though this cannot be guaranteed!
